Development Privacy Notice

This public website is an experimental demonstration, not a patient care service. Do not enter patient information into the clinician demo, waitlist, or contact email.

Waitlist

With your permission, we collect your email and optional name, role, organization, pilot interest, and areas of business interest to contact you about research and pilot opportunities. We also store the website page and signup action that led to the form, not a browsing history or full referring URL. We store these contact details with Cloudflare and send a notification to our development contact inbox hosted by Gmail. Waitlist details are not linked to measurement results.

Website waitlist records are automatically removed after 90 days. Copies in email are managed separately. To withdraw permission or request deletion from both places, email support@health-vision.org. Do not send health information.

Browser Measurements

Camera and microphone access requires your browser permission. Health Vision's public build does not upload measurement recordings or results to its servers. Downloads you choose are saved on your device. The journal offers optional live transcription only after you select "Allow live transcription." Your browser's speech provider may process that audio on its servers under its own privacy terms. You can instead record audio locally or type and edit your response without that speech service. Local recordings are temporary and are lost when you leave or refresh the page.

These estimates are not clinically validated and should not be used to make medical decisions. Closing a task stops its capture; files you download remain under your control.

Demo and Service Providers

The clinician demo uses synthetic examples. It does not provide a real patient account, clinical storage, or appointment service. Do not replace the examples with real patient details.

Cloudflare serves this website and processes network information such as IP addresses for delivery and abuse protection. Google Fonts, Google-hosted vision models, and JavaScript content delivery services receive requests when their resources load. The public demo does not intentionally send them camera recordings, measurement results, or journal text.

Before Research Participation

A future validation study will use separate study information, consent, data access, and retention arrangements. Joining this waitlist does not enroll you in a study.
